Overview
The WGJ-250 is our fully hydraulic section bender for cold-bending I-beam and channel steel into arches. Its hydraulic system gives smooth transmission and high pressure, which makes it the standard machine for steel arch supports in tunnels, subways, hydropower stations and underground caverns.
Key features
- Hydraulic top-roller feed: each press advances 10–15 mm for controlled, repeatable arcs.
- Cycloidal pin-wheel reducer (ratio 1:87) drives the rollers forward and reverse.
- Adjustable relief valve sets working pressure to suit each section size.
- Compact 2.5 m frame; works with a roller support table for long members.
- CNC version: PLC control with digital encoder, cylinder travel positioned automatically with no manual measuring.
- Unlimited feed forward and back; one-pass automatic forming of arches, variable radius and fixed-angle bends.
- Double automatic stop at the set size, plus infrared braking.
