Overview
The HYWH-2000 straightens and cuts cross wires with automatic drop, and feeds line wires straight from coil with automatic straightening. A servo motor with reducer pulls the mesh, running on imported linear guides and a rack, so mesh openings stay precise. PLC programming and a touch screen give one-key operation.
Key features
- SCR synchronous welding, one cycle (0.02 s) per weld, pneumatic electrode pressure.
- Line and cross wires fed from coil and automatically straightened and cut.
- Pulling frame extends in modules for 3.5 m, 5.5 m or 7.4 m mesh sheets.
- Line wire spacing adjusted by moving upper contacts and lower electrodes.
- Measured noise at source: 70 dB maximum.
